60 minute planning session covering everything from setting up meal trains, getting help on how to handle visitors in those first few days, and strategies for addressing early concerns.
Offered in person or through Zoom
Planning Session (during pregnancy)
Planning and Organizing Session (during pregnancy)
2-3 hour long planning session covering everything included in the Basic Planning Session, as well as hands on help with organizing the home in preparation of the baby's arrival. Organizing is tailored to your needs, including setting up baby furniture, ensuring all necessary baby gear is ready and in the most helpful location, and even preparing freezer meals and snacks.
Postpartum Doula (after birth or adoption)
In home support and care at any time in the twelve weeks following birth.
This includes one prenatal meeting and postpartum support for your family, tailored to your specific needs.
